Trust scores, factor breakdowns, review counts, construction percentages, on-time rates and average delay figures are placeholders used to build and demonstrate the platform. They are not assessments of any company's actual performance and must not be relied on.

  • Handover dates are targets set by developers and are frequently revised.
  • Prices shown are starting prices for the lowest-specification unit and are not quotes.

Always verify a project's permit number and escrow account directly with the Dubai Land Department, RERA, or the relevant emirate's regulator before transferring any money. Confirm the escrow account number written on your SPA against the developer's official filing — not against anything you read here.

A score is an opinion formed from the inputs available to us, not a statement of fact about a company, and not a prediction of how any particular project will be delivered. A high score is not a recommendation and a low score is not an allegation of wrongdoing.
